Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or using the SparkleHouse website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all clients and visitors.

2. Services Provided

SparkleHouse provides professional steam cleaning for residential furniture, mattresses, carpets, and curtains in the Savannah area. The scope and pricing of each service will be confirmed before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if a property is deemed unsafe for our staff or equipment.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us.
• We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window. Traffic and prior job duration can occasionally cause minor delays.
• Please ensure our team has clear access to the items to be cleaned on the day of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Late cancellation fee: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to $30.
• No-show fee: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee may be charged.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Invoices not settled within 14 days may incur a 2% monthly late payment charge.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-treat the area at no extra cost. Our guarantee covers the specific treated areas and does not apply to pre-existing damage or stains disclosed as non-treatable prior to service.

7. Liability

SparkleHouse carries public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff, please report it within 24 hours and we will handle claims promptly.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of unusual value not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from your failure to follow our post-service care instructions (e.g., not allowing adequate drying time).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date will always reflect the most current version.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in Chatham County courts.
